We took our car there for new tires and oil change. We had a 3 pm appointment we dropped the car off at 2:45 . Walked over to the mall for a while then came back over a hour later they haven't even started on the tires then about around 4:15 - 4:30 only two tires were only replaced car didn't get done till after 5 pm . We was never told it was gonna take a few hours which is ridiculous. What was the use of making a appointment. They was very slow. They took good car of my car and did the work perfectly.
I took my car in to get two tires mounted and explained that I wanted the new on the front and the older two on the back. They did agree to work me in and got it done in a timely manner but the rep, I think his name was Joe, came out with a list of repairs stating I needed a battery as mine tested low, I told him I would have it checked. Auto zone and O'Reilly both told me today that is is fine. After waiting 2 hours after my appointment time to get my tires rotated and oil changed (which I was on time for) I got a call saying there was an issue with my car. I was told the threads were broken out of my oil pan (there was no issue with the oil pan when my husband changed the oil the last time) and they couldn't plug it. I was told it would cost approximately $500 to fix. So after waiting for 2 ours in the mall with 2 kids I was going to have to wait "all day" for it to be fixed.
