I will definitely never be back to a Firestone in the future! After fighting with Firestone for 4+ months and seeing the true colors of the store manager, Donnie and the claim manager, David Verde, it's obvious that their customers are not their #1 priority. Hopefully David, Donnie and their co-worker, Jared Jones, are never treated like they choose to treat their customers. Unbelievably rude and inconsiderate. Even if it's just an oil change, spend your money somewhere that values their customers!!
