RecommendedFirestone did a great job installing a new tire and they didn't pressure any extra sales on me like most corporations do and there was no recommendations on what my car needed done on my bill. It feels great to be driving safely.

My grandmother took her RUNNING vehicle to get her horn fixed. She was told it would be no issue and they could fix it, they just needed to order in the parts. Somewhere along the lines of attempting to fix the horn they could no longer get her vehicle to start. After towing it to a dealership to be looked at, we were told that it would be $250 in labor to the dealership, but the car still will not start, and if we want to we can pay $1200+ for a part to maybe get the vehicle started and see if it can be fixed. Took my vehicle in to get a pressure test done. What should have been a simple diagnostic turned out to be a $900 bill. The reservoir tank needed replaced. I was quoted a price of $200+ for the part that I found online for $50. The lady on the phone informed me it was because of the warranty? The pricing is way off base not to mention the excess time I sat there waiting to speak to someone. I declined service and won’t be returning ever.
Donnie and his team have always been fair and honest. I have taken my cars to them for years! Sometimes you have to wait a day or so for an appointment but a busy shop is a good sign. I recommend them to everyone!

Horrible customer service. Had an appointment at 11. Didnt pull my car in until 12:30. Had to ask multiple times what the status was. Leaving 3.5 hours for them to run diagnostics. DONT COME HERE. Multiple others with appointments in the same boat. I understand being busy, but dont over book! Took my car to another shop. Ran their diagnostics and found what this shop told me (water pump, thermostat, coolant flush = $900) was working fine, but found it to be a gasket instead, which was 1/3 the cost ($300)! The customer service here is always great! They are very polite and make sure you understand what is going on with your car. Plus, it is conveniently located in the mall parking lot, so you can walk around and shop while you wait. Highly recommend!
