Go in for a tpms sensor replacement and suspension inspection. Over 3 hours later I still have no vehicle because the tech is going back and forth working on multiple cars. Then the inspection which is listed on the invoice as complementary and has been every time I have been here I was charged 21 bucks for???? What the hell??? I wasn't even told I was being charged for the inspection and found out only after I paid for it. Thanks Firestone, for not tightening the lug nuts on my front wheels when you replaced the front tires and realligned on September 8th (invoice #245377). It was almost disasterous for me and my family. Going to Goodyear or Tires Plus from now on. I'm giving you one star, because there is no way to give zero.
I went in when my car had 22,000 miles (currently @ 24,500 miles). They told me i needed new front tires ASAP because they were at 0/32nds. I went to A & J Used Tires in Rock Island for a 2nd opinion...... they showed me my tires were @ 3/32nds. I ask you why they wouldnt have lied to make a sale and Firesstone did just that (minus the sale). FYI, i only came here cause i had a coupon
Needed help getting my tire orf, Jerry said bring it down with no problems.
