Nick H. absolutley exceeded our expectations! We needed new tires ASAP for a trip to Colorado. Nick managed to get us in the same day. We were in and out within a couple hours. He seemed genuinely concerned with us getting to our destination safely. Good people skills are few and far between in the digital world we live in. Nick really went out of his way. Thanks for being such a gentleman Nick! Nicely done! I hope you continue to get the recognition you deserve.

Was a great experience all around!
They lost my business yesterday.....5 hours to change four tires and an oil change......biggest issue was being lied to! Came home and canceled my credit card...will never step foot in another one of their so called “Complete auto care” centers. Need to learn customer service and get a management person in that service department who gets the job done instead of being more concerned about when the food trucks going to arrive!!!
Lost a 20 year customer today and they didn't seem to care.
Wish I could give negative stars. This place is garbage. They were more worried about making a sale of new tires then customers that have been waiting. It took a little more then 2 hours to get a 15 minute tire rotation done with an appointment. Take your car somewhere else.
