Highly suspicious additional repairs needed to vehicle. I’m not saying outright they sabotage your vehicle for additional repairs, but it seems 1 trip always turns into multiple trips for unrelated repairs. Never have this problem with my local mechanic.

They are a GREAT place for reasonably priced tires & alignment.
I made an appointment for tire rotation for 9am today. Got there at 8:50. Left after 10. My car never got inside. Over an hour after my confirmed appointment time. And while I'm waiting I see one of the "technicians" stand for over 10 minutes playing on his phone. That's longer than it should take to rotate my tires. Unacceptable. I will pay Honda to do the job rather than sit all morning. Not even an apology.
Super fast and super nice people ! Took my car in cause I had a popped tire and they said they wouldn’t get it done til tomorrow but they got it done today and waited for me to pick it up even though they closed at 5 .
