I dropped my daughter's car to get new tires. When she drove it for the first time later that evening she started smelling something bad. Someone at Firestone had taken the fill oil cap off and left it on a ledge in the engine compartment. Oil was everywhere all over the engine compartment. Why was the cap removed at all??? This was the second time we've had questionable service there and we will not be giving them anymore of our business.
