Good soild place ,very knowledgeable staff , good bunch of guys. I would definitely recommend this place.
Could be more ethical. In the process of removing a roofing tackt they did an inspection. Told me I needed front and rear brakes drums and new calipers. Found out that this was not true the only thing that I needed was front brake pads. $750.00 quote from Firestone versus 150.00 big for what I actually needed. difference glad I listened to my gut took it to my regular mechanic. As my mechanic stated they don't fix things they just swap things out.
My battery was going bad it was a Sunday and at 4:50pm they close at 5 pm , they said no problem replaced the battery that is under the wash bottle and did a great job the staff was helpful I would recommend them to others
Always professional, courteous and friendly and I've been pleased with the service.
Luis was excellent with how he approached me. Very polite, nice smile, made eye contact, and it looked like he loved his job. That's great customer service. It was great service all around. :)
