My dad has been bringing my car to Firestone for oil changes for years. My last oil change was 1/12/2020 according to the sticker they put on my dashboard. Last weekend my car broke down and I brought it to a family friend who’s a mechanic and he said it looked like they hadn’t actually EVER changed my oil. As a result my spark plugs and coils are shot. There was only a tiny bit of burnt up oil left in my tank only 3 weeks after Firestone apparently did an oil change! We’re lucky we caught this quick and it didn’t cause more... read more

Went there to get front brakes and rotors done. They did a courtesy inspection of the rear brakes. Told them I didn't want them done at this time. Two days later my rear caliper is leaking brake fluid all over my rim. I know for a fact that they caused this damage. After another trusted mechanic looked at told me this was caused from them. Spent close to $1000 to fix there mistake. Never would go there again!! ��
