I was robbed by FIRESTONE. No ESTIMATE no approval to start working on car. $1030 for an aftermarket fuel pump. I could have gone to a DEALERSHIP and paid $750 for oem motorcraft. Firestone are the biggest dirtbags in the auto repair industry
Have been taking my cars to Firestone for 5 plus years for inspections to oil changes due to one day I got a flat tire on a Sunday up the road not far from my house. I was frantic my hubby was at work and had work next day. Called Firestone gentlemen says sure bring your car down we will fix it. They fixed my car and I haven't gone anywhere else since.
