We heard a troublesome knocking in our car on a three hour car trip--stopped in Des Moines scared we wouldn't be able to complete our trip (because it's a Sunday and no one's open)--and not only was Firestone open, they serviced our car right away, let our dog come in the waiting area, and sent us on our way 15 minutes later smiling and feeling secure we'd be able to finish our trip.
