Worst customer service experience I have ever had! The woman at the counter has no business interacting with the public. I had a confirmation number for an appointment, had a tire emergency and she could have cared less. Told me my appointment I made at 9:00AM for 1:00PM was not approved even though I had confirmation from both Firestone and my fleet management co. Had a friend go here today and they screwed over his older mother. She went in for a oil change with a car that had 42K miles and told her that the fuel system was so bad, it needed cleaned now. Over $200 for what was supposed to be a simple oil change.

My first time here; very pleased! Needed an oil change and wasn't sure they had the filter and oil I need for my Jetta; had some time and wanted to avoid the upsell tactics at the dealership. Not only did they have the right oil and filter, but from the moment I walked in, service manager Richard Wallace's hospitality was second to none. He bent over backward to accommodate me late on a Sunday afternoon, and also found a $20-off coupon. I'll be going there for oil changes from now on! Customer service matters.
Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Never had a bad experience.
Went in for Lifetime alignment, tire rotation and oil change...Was treated great by the Staff and my car was in and out in no time :) Thanks Firestone~!
