Feeling blessed that they are open on Sunday. My van broke down just off the xway and we were towed here. They have been great. They were very busy but took us in anyway. Very nice and helpful.
Overpriced and not sure they are very trustworthy.
The only place I go to replace a tire. The staff is courteous, informative and always gets the job done quickly. I never feel pressured to pay for extras and they’re open on weekends, which is great!
I went in for an alignment and to have my brakes looked at. They told me I needed to spend $1000 getting my brakes fixed because my right front caliper had "completely seized up." Instead, thinking that sounded absurd, I took my truck to a trusted family mechanic who fixed my brakes for $60. He told me my caliper did need replacing but had not actually seized up entirely, nor was my brake line in need of replacing like I was told. I will never set foot in a Firestone again. They are dishonest and will try to rip you off.
They we unable to repair a tire saying walls too thin. Told me it'd be $120 for a new tire. Too pricey. I passed. Friendly and helpful though
very helpful, polite and when my service ran longer than expected they kept me informed and took care of me!
Very polite. Prompt service. Store was nice and clean. Price of service was reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone needing service.
Horrible have been back several times for the same issue and well they said my truck was fine and well guess what it dies over 800 dollars worth of work and this!
