Simply put my car was damaged at the Southport Road location. I was asked to allow them to fix the issue. Reluctantly I wasted my time and allowed them to try and they worsened the damage. The manager took ownership of the $3000 in damage they caused and stated it was above their claim level to pay. It was turned over to corporate and a claim was filed. Went over to schedule appointment to get my tire fixed tomorrow. The employee in the office said he would put some air in the tire until tomorrow. I pulled up to the 3rd bay to put air in the tire. He found that it had a bad value stem. He went back in the shop got some soapy water and a stem to see if that would fix it. After he did that everything was fixed. Ya'll are awesome and I will be back to have my cars worked on by ya'll from now on. Great crew of guys.
Recommendedwarranties are very good, but they are pricey
I have been taking my car to the Firestone complete auto care for the last 7 years for maintenance and they are always been great in terms of service and quality of work. I am a happy customer. I strongly recommend this place for your car's maintenance.

Tried to up sell me. I am an ex tech and tried to push more on me than I needed.
I was on my way to a family reunion in Cincinnati from Indianapolis and needed to stop and get gas. The button I press (inside my car) to open the fuel door on the outside of my car WOULD NOT WORK! The door wouldn’t even open for me to get gas!! I didn’t even know that could happen. They are so friendly, and I never feel like they try and upsell me just to make a buck. Highly recommend!
Their employee, Olivia, is awesome. She explains things, is patient & cares about the safety of your vehicle on the road. She’s also very friendly.
