My granddaughter took her 2014 Chevy Cruze to this Firestone to get an estimate for a blown head gasket. The stated that the engine was bad and would need to be replaced. Their itemized price for a REMANUFACTURED ENGINE is 6999.99. Killeen Chevrolet sells a new 1.4 L engine for this car at 4194.00. A brand new engine from dealer is 4194.00. Do not bring your car here, better if you take it to dealer.
This was my first experience at Firestone. I needed new tires and thst's what I got. I felt the staff and service was helpful, friendly, and professional. Love the new treads they put on my SUV!

What a shame to take advantage of military families! Took my car here a coolant leak, then my air conditioner goes out because one tiny piece is loose, we take it in to you guys and you say I need a whole new AC system, which you say will be around $3,000!!! We say no, we can find them way cheaper than that and 2 days later my car breaks down and we find that my sensor for my electronic throttle control is loose...good thing we caught that or you would have price gouged us on that too! Went for oil change and tire rotation, and know have a bad vibration that was not there before and they did check all of my fluids, add washer fluid light came on after I was 3 miles down the road!! Their service sucks!!!!
First and foremost they told my fiance she needed 2500 dollars worth of work that was not needed. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.
