Service sucks truck been there since Friday for alignment busted tire stripped lugnuts all there doing and they won’t do anything about it
I don't know what people expect. Duh they're going to try and upsale you, they work in sales. Just tell them no and get what you know the car needs. They did a great job and I waited as long as the lady estimated.
This used to be the place for all my car needs. However, after it went past oil changes and needed real work, their quotes came out to the price of a new vehicle and their repairs began to cause more problems than helping. Although once they forgot to put the oil plug in right and my oil leaked out everywhere. Then One of my other vehicles had worked done and they did the work wrong, they redid the work but it was never the same again. Today was the best customer service I’ve ever received at any auto place! I had an appointment at 9 this morning for an oil change, I was in and out within less than an hour! It began to rain and they pulled my car into the shop so I could get my son and myself in the car without getting drenched by rain and helped get my stroller in the trunk as well! I’ve been using Firestone for a while and always receive great service but today was extra special and wonderful!
I have been a loyal customer at not just Firestone, but the Harker Heighs location for over 7 years. I use to recommend them as a 5-star operation, but I cannot in good conscience recommend them anymore for ANY job. Over the past couple of visits, they have displayed more and more problems holding to estimated times and costs. They drop the ball on communicating with the customer and on communicating with the other workers in their own shop.
