Took truck in at 8 am for an oil change head light tire pressure light the air bag light and bad front breaks. They called to say the truck was ready at 3:30. When I went to pick it up the oil light was still on they had not changed it. The Ait bag light was still on. They back breaks were new but the front ones that needed to be fixed still shake badly. My car has been making a randomly-occurring "clunk" noise when I drive it. I brought it in this afternoon, and the tech was, at first, unable to get the car to make the noise by driving it (isn't that always the way?!) - but then he put it up on the rack, and asked me to listen to the sound when he moved the front wheel from left to right & asked if that was what I'd been hearing.
