had an alignment done on a one year old Cadillac ATS, they jammed some tool in the upper part of the steering wheel to level it, and damaged the air bag on the top. I was standing by the bay watching the person do this. When I approached the manager, he lied to my face saying they don't put anything on the steering wheel.
