Unfortunately I have been to two different locations every 2 to 3 days for the last 2 weeks.. Customer Service was pretty good but needless to say on Monday I missed an entire day of work 8am-5:45pm But, I think they finally repaired the correct problem. And my card is maxed out😣
Came in because I thought I needed new tires, they very honestly told me it was a valve stem issue and so saved me about $300! When I actually DO need tires, they will be for sure getting my business - honesty goes a long way with me.
Came in for a air and tire check and they told me to do it my damn self unless you give me $20. I told him I can get it done for free at discount, his response was “well get it done their and stop wasting my time”. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I think he gave me a fair price Speedy service that's for sure quality seems to be good and he even get me a quote for two new tires that can be good at a later time
I really enjoyed my visit to firestone Saturday there customer service was of course I will be back to service my car again celcia was great too love her service with use thank you again for your hard work I appreciate it
