when you make an appointment at 10 a.m. but don't get looked at until 5 p.m. and they tell you we found the problem but dont want to attempt repairs.
Went in because my truck was overheating at idle. Spent 2 hours in the store while they were running “tests” on my truck. The “engine specialist” said that the issue was a head gasket or I might need a completely new engine for my truck overheating at idle... I mean come on. They priced me a head gasket at 2500$. I left and took my truck to meador dodge where they ran a diagnostic and turns out it was my water pump that needed to be replaced and I paid 800$ there instead of the 2500$ that I would’ve been cheated on and the p... read more
my son took his vehicle there to have some work done to it, cost almost $2900. We paid it. He picked it up and now the heater is blowing on one side and air on the other even when he changes it to air for both sides. he took it back and they say it's an actuator that's out n that's another $1000. But yet his air and heat was working fine when he took it and we told them that. he just had that issue fixes about a year ago. they said it's an electric part and it can stop at any time so they will not take responsibility for it.... read more
Fast service and friendly people. Made an appointment online for new tires. In and out in just under 1.5 hours.
I came in for a state inspection. I was told no one was in front of me for a state inspection. I was also told the wait was 30 minutes but to give them 45 just in case. Waited until 1 hour had passed and was told that I came at lunch time. Their techs were taking their lunches and they each already had a car. That is bull crap. I work in a service department. Inspections need to be FAST. They only take 15 minutes to complete. Get someone to go do one while they drain the oil on another car, or get multiple people who can do ... read more
Waited an hour and a half for 1 tire to be repaired. I finally asked if it was going to be much longer bc my 2 yr old was getting restless. Was informed they had not even started. Then they said it could not be repaired and I needed to buy a new tire. Horrible communication.
