Had a tire that kept losing air, grinding brakes, and a few other issues. They worked like mad on Saturday to get it finished. Although the patch tire didn't hold they got me back in on Sunday and replaced tire for free. Thanks to all the guys who worked nonstop! You rock!
Firestone gave me great prices, when Goodyear didn't. I've been getting oil change 15 years with Goodyear but couldn't beat Firestone price on front/ back brakes, rotors and drums. Thanks Firestone.
Well i get there and i was told my car would b done in a hour after an hour and a half i went to check on my car and he said they was pulling it out and they rang me out only problem is that they did a different lincoln not mine totally bypassed mine up.
I'm at the shop now for 4 tires and an oil change. My car has all four tires off and hasn't been touched in 30+ minutes. How can you start one job and not finish it? I had a 4pm appointment. Arrived at 3:55pm. Almost 2.5 hours later and no where near finished. I'm disappointed in Firestone again. EDIT - I had to downgrade the number of stars. I was told a district manager would be in touch within 24-48 hours. It's past 50 hours now...
Thank you Firestone Crawfordsville. I can allways count on Firestone to give me the best deal in town. Their service personnel are honest and they are even open on Sunday's. Thanks, again.
