I have been here TWICE now and I have an oil change appointment that I bring THREE CHILDREN under the age of 4 to thinking ok an hour will be ok. Nope BOTH Time it has taken FOUR HOURS to do a simple oil change. No one comes out to talk to me and no one gives a crap about time or urgency I will not be returning to firestone period
Good service, took awhile but it was done right & appreciate it.
I randomly chose to take my vehicle to this location to have my suspension/alignment issues diagnosed. My Explorer needed work on the wheel hub assembly's and rear toe link. I was happy to see that all mechanics were working diligently to complete the job they were assigned. No one was out back smoking, playing on their phones, etc... It was all business. People were great there. Been there several times and always get great service. Got 4 new tires yesterday fantastic service.
