Always very nice and always get great and dependable service .
I've been back 3 times and my car STILL isn't fixed. The guy at the shop "can't hear" the problem that wasn't there before I took it in that three separate people, including one of his mechanics, can hear. I wont be back.
Told me my 2 week old battery was bad and tried to sell further diagnostic service. Tech improperly mounted spare tire and just let it ride, heard it shift a day later and found it on top of the rear axle. Take your money elsewhere i definitely will be
WONDERFUL customer service! I had an issue, and the manager handled my situation with class! He cares about his customers. I have always taken my car here, and I will continue to do so! It's the only place I trust.
Professional, courteous. We were traveling through Tennessee and had a flat on a rental. The rental place paid for a new tire at Firestone. I called and they were able to get us in right away get the tire fixed and get us back on the road.
Love these guys! They take time to explain everything. They can help you with what's most important if on a tight budget! They are honest!! I've always been a dealership girl and they have changed my ways!
The mechanics are great. They tell you what you need and don't sugar coat any issues. If you care about your car, go to Firestone.
I am a long term customer who has had multiple (5+) vehicles serviced by this particular store for 20 years. They have provided excellent service each and every time, from basic tire rotation to brakes, they repaired or replaced only what was needed. If a repair was indicated, they did not oversell it to me, but just informed me. And, repairs were always done right the first time too!
