I called the day before to ask some questions about their offers, and was also able to schedule an appointment via the telephone the next day for my service. Unfortunately I don't recall the gentleman's name over the phone, but when I came in the next day for my service, the store manager was both very helpful, & knowledgeable in answering any questions I had in relation to my car.
