The woman at the counter was so nice, she just handed me my keys,I was confused. She said “no charge” she explained that they checked and cleaned my rim and it didn’t need to be replaced. I thanked her and she responded “ well we just want to make sure you are safe on the road”. She was sincere it meant a lot! I actually called their corporate office, I’ve worked retail since I was 18, when you receive excellent customer service you need to give recognition! My papa went to go get my tires changed for me. They were the only place that was open or else he wouldn’t have gone there in the first place. They took 3 hours to even get to him. They kept taking cars before him that got there after him. Then they put the tires with the lettering to the inside so they had to go back and redo them. There are much better places out there with better service and a better price! Don’t waste your time here.
My wife and I have been customers since it opened. I bought a new set of tires last fall only to be told in January that tires coming apart weren't guaranteed. I called today to ask if they plugged lawn mower tires. I was told to bring it in. I get there and get told too bad so sad no they dont. I said thanks for nothing and the guy behind the counter said anytime bud! I'm not your bud. We were 20 year customers that you just ran away. Don’t understand the point of allowing appointments if they aren’t going to be followed in a time window that’s close at the least.. same thing with this place repeatedly, have been a long time customer but won’t be back again
Very nice and not pushy!! Here in Greenwood visiting and needed two new tires.
A bunch of rip off. Lie to me so I can buy another tire which I didn't need one just fix it.
