Great! – I am so glad I found out about Firenze Jewels. They were such a pleasure to deal with and the engagement ring set I chose was absolutely stunning. I was able to select the diamond I wanted and have it mounted into the setting. It was very interesting to see the actual work being done to make it so beautiful. You learn to appreciate the ring more and I was glad to have the privilege of seeing the entire process. I can't say enough great things about your business.

Top Notch Jeweler! – I have visited a few jewelers in the diamond district, but not many treat their customers better as well as Firenze Jewels. The salespeople here take care of each customer like family. This is what separates them from the rest. Their items are also priced competitively and the quality of every piece is truly remarkable.

Heirloom quality pieces – Firenze Jewels was reccommended to me by a friend who works near the Diamond District. I was looking for a jeweler to custom design an engagement ring setting for my now-fiance as I had already purchased the diamond. Excellent Selection, Quality and Prices! Very Trustworthy! – I just received a gorgeous vintage style diamond sapphire necklace as a holiday gift that was purchased at Firenze. It’s simply stunning and I’m in LOVE LOVE LOVE with it! This is actually the second time we made a purchase through them. Terrible Quality and Customer Service – I purchased a diamond wedding band from Firenze but the diamonds kept falling out. On the third repair in three years (for which I was charged each time), the store said they would send it back to the manufacturer in Italy to be rebuilt. Although I was concerned about being without it for 3 weeks (their estimate), I decided to go ahead with the repair. Nice but also a bit misleading – I noticed this booth on 47th St because they have a window spot and their jewelry was really beautiful and also tasteful. It looked better quality than some of the other places. When I went inside, there was a woman and a man there. It turns out she works there and he is the owner. The items they offer are very pretty, and decent quality. However, a few caveats: Their prices were a bit high. The BEST! – My fiance bought my engagement ring at Firenze and we just went back and bought our wedding bands from them. I found the most amazing setting at Firenze, then my fiance shopped around at 30+ stores in 3 states to find the perfect stone. He ended up back at Firenze for the stone - they were incredibly patient, honest and trustworthy throughout the entire process, especially when he was so particular. They'll say that he was one of the most difficult clients they've had!
