I bought a ring online from Firenze Jewels and it was such a success. My ring is absolutely gorgeous and their website made the process so easy. Their homepage immediately draws you in with beautiful images. The website allows you to search diamonds from all kinds of different shapes and sizes. There’s also a diamond education section that is so straight forward and teaches you everything you need to know about diamonds. The ring was everything they promised and more!
Purchasing anything online can make a person extremely hesitant especially when it comes to buying a diamond. However, Firenze made it such a pleasant and successful experience. Their customer service was just extraordinary. The staff was very helpful, patient and honest with me throughout the whole process. We have received incredible service with picking out our wedding bands from Firenze. Ron, a salesperson greeted us and provided great customer service. We felt comfortable and didn't feel like we were getting tackled and pressured into buying something. As soon as we entered the store we knew we came to the right place. We found beautiful wedding bands and enjoyed the whole process.
Shopping for an engagement ring can be so stressful and time consuming unless you know where to go. Best Jewelers I've Ever Done Business With – I first found this gem of a store on a trip to New York for business and took some time to look for an engagement ring for my then fiancee (now wife). Terrible experience – They are a low-quality jeweler who will tell you they are giving you a better product than what you are given. Very unpleasant, find a different jeweler. They made me cry as a result of their negligence.

Customer's heirloom diamond was previously set in a heavy type setting and worn by someone else prior. The new setting of her choice was more delicate and was, by customer's own admission, taken to a football game and banged against a pole/chair in front of her. We are very sorry to hear about the customer?s unfortunate experience, but the negligence is fully her own for failing to take common sense precautions.
