The staff here is extremely patient and knowledgeable when it comes to diamonds. They were able to give me ideas and design the engagement ring of my dreams. Their service is excellent and I received my ring on time. I love my ring so much and can't stop looking at it!!

My recent visit at Firenze Jewels was phenomenal. I always have a great time when I come here because the sales people are full of energy and extremely friendly. I never feel pressured to make a purchase or worried about not getting what I pay for. I absolutely love all their fine designer pieces. I purchased a SG initial pendant for my granddaughter and she was obsessed with it. The price was incredible and worth it! Thank you Firenze for always making me smile.

A large selection puts them way over any other jeweler I went to in my search for diamond. There prices are fair and I felt secure that they would stand behind the product. They had so many diamonds on their website and I was able to look at the ones I wanted in their store. This will be the first place I go to in the future for diamond buying.

Every time I visit New York I always make sure I go to Firenze Jewels. I just adore all their fine pieces. They carry many designer jewelry! The staff is very welcoming, patient and honest. I have some of their jewels for years and it still looks gorgeous and in style!

I came to NY to attend my best friends wedding and I came across Firenze Jewels. They had the most gorgeous pieces and with the help of the incredible staff I purchased a beautiful diamond pendant necklace for my best friend, Annie. She loved this necklace so much and is going to wear it on her big day. I was so happy with her reaction when she first saw it. Thank you Firenze Jewels for all your help.
