This is second time on bay rd my truck tailgate looked like this. State st does a better job except it leaves film all over drivers side including window and mirror. On a few more pre pays to use up and I’m done. Put hand wash in front and hand dry in back and I’d come back.
Absolutely useless. On two separate occasions I had to run my truck through and it still wasn't clean. Avoid if you value your time and money
Turn the business back over to Firehouse. This place sucks!!
Worst car wash I have ever been to. Would always drive to firehouse to get my truck washed for years always came out great. Went in to get the dust cleaned off to find out firehouse was no more and replaced by this terrible place. Paid 18 bucks for no cloth or trash bag no hand prep and no more towel dry. Still had bugs on the front of my hood. Thought one of the rotary brushes would break a mirror off with as close and hard as they were spinning luckily I didn’t get any scratches that I noticed yet. Would not recommend this even if it was a free service. I 100% will never return to a Mister location. Today I went on my lunch to the Bay road location, I was not offered a bag or cloth, disappointing. I went through the wash, and no hand dry, disappointing. I cant imagine how many people lost their jobs from this buyout.
