The wash is fine but it doesn't dry it. if you don't care about water spots you're good.
Asked for some extra attention to the wheels to make sure they get clean. Attendant/Manager advised I would need to buy the more expensive wash to gaurantee my wheels getting clean. Exited the wash with dirty wheels and wheel-wells. Very Disappointed with service and manager. Date of wash 11/30/2019 at approximate 2:30pm.
I didn’t go to this location I went to the one in Bay City off of Wilder Rd but they don’t have a FB yet. I will not be going back. Very disappointed spent $18 and it didn’t wash my vehicle that good for the price I paid. Yes I could of drove around and had it washed again but I shouldn’t have to. Definitely a downgrade from Firehouse! Sure nice new technology and upgrades but the good clean is gone. I also don’t like the fact they eliminated the towel dryer people. Went through the Center ave. Mr.CarWash. Oct5th. VERY disappointed. No senior discount, no dash wipe, no trash bag. They did not get my F150 Supercrew clean or dry. The running boards were still dirty, the tonneau cover was not clean or dry, the tailgate was wet, the rear bumper was dirty. So, thought new equipment & people they might need tweaking. They couldn’t get my mirrors clean nor the window covered by them when folded. Only place I have been that has had an issue with this and bummed at the results for $14.
You need better and safer equipment for all vehicles. Definitely better management. reduce your astronomical prices.... we miss Firehouse and their great customer service!
