Fresh scratches which I reported before leaving and still a dirty van.
I asked the guy to brush my tailgate on my pickup because the car wash never gets that spot done the guy said we don't even have a brush. And no dash wipe or Garbage bags
was not happy no cloth and bag,no more free washes will not pay any damages to your car I had to fix my mirrors my car was still wet and had water spots,and most importantly no more smiling young people.stay out of bay city you will not be wanted there.
We went through the new Mister Car Wash because we have the old Firehouse wash tickets...Highly disappointed!! No pre wash and scrub like Firehouse, my car was just as dirty as it was going in. It never touched the bugs on the front of my car and the dryers are pathetic. No trash bag and dash wipe either! Once these tickets are gone I won't be going back...$18 for a car wash that does nothing...I think not!
asked the attendant specifically if they really wash my rims. "yes, and the tire shine conditions your tires" 1.missed my rims I have to go around by hand and get them cleaned properly. 2.Tire shine. yeah, missed about 4 inches per tire. glad I didn't buy the month.
Do you want a dirty broken vehicle? This place will tear your wipers off and leave you half washed. Very disappointed. Never again
Left the back of my SUV dirty, it didn't even get touched by any water. I still had dust all over it. I loved firehouse car wash, never had a single complaint. Will NOT be back to this place, and will be hand washing my car during the summer and finding a new place for the winter.
Worst car wash ever only went because I had a coupon left from firehouse highly disappointed checked car after wash and wasn’t even clean called and complained so they sent me back through with their $18 wash and car was still covered in bugs will definitely not be going back even with the free wash coupons idk if I’d even waste my time
