Shut the place down all you do is damage the peoples cars and trucks and dont pay for damages i am glad to see your lines are down I hope your place fails and there is a for sale sign out in front of this place soon
This place is absolutely terrible! I use to go through Firehouse at least once a week and loved Firehouse. Since Mister took over, I went through once and hated it. I would rather hand wash my truck outside in the winter than go through Mister.
Pretty bad when I get the truck washed and have to go down the road to power wash booth and re do your work.... you guys will not make it in the tri City with this type of work You guys need a lot of work to get back to what firehouse had built. Rob Harvry
Took my truck through yesterday and was not impressed truck is still dirty.
switch back to Firehouse equipment and hand dry.
Terrible place since they took over. I see lots of complaints on fb since Mister took over.
Truck still covered in bugs and wheel wells look like they were never touched.
You should have taken notes from firehouse and their attention to the quality job they provided with great customer service. We will never spend another dime with your wash.
