RecommendedThese guys are awesome!!!! Not only do they continuously check to male sure you dont need any help, they make your shopping so much easier by taking the bags of food up to the front for you and then the guy carried all the heavy dog food bags out to my car too. I love their customer service and their compassion for animals and the owners. Thats why we are lifetime customers!!!!

Our family stopped in a few days ago after getting our new furry family member, the staff was so helpful! It’s been awhile since we have had a pet and getting to talk to people as well as learning favorites of theirs was amazing! Allen got our kids some popcorn to keep them occupied while we were talking with Jennifer about all our options! They gave us a coupon sheet to use that day and for our future visits! We will be back! Thank you again!
My family and I stopped by today after adopting our dog to stock up on everything we would need, and the staff as always was beyond helpful and super nice! They helped recommend some pretty great dog food and helped find us the perfect harness for our new girl! We will definitely continue to keep shopping here for all our furry friends needs! I love their self-grooming/wash. They always have the best treats and snacks. So many toys for all ages of a dog. The staff is always very helpful :)
I swung by on the recommendation of the Wenatchee Humane Society after adopting my kittens and this place and the staff is amazing! I’m terrible with names but there is a incredibly knowledgeable woman there with a cute short cute and silver hair. She taught me more in the time I spent there than all of the internet. I so wish we lived closer because this would be my go to for my pet needs 🐾🖤🐾
So today my kids are down with the flu and the Our dear puppy is out of food. My husband is in Seattle and guess what Firehouse delivers!! You have gone above and beyond. I’m so impressed with your guys have excellent customer service. You are delivering today instead of tomorrow! You have gone Absolutely above and beyond now my kids can rest and I’m not stressed out! I am never sure who loves this store more...me...my dog PennyPurl....or the people I refer here....my friend from Yakima now comes here for her pet supplies/food.....because the Product choice and PEOPLE are just incredible...THANK YOU for opening a store here — with Jordin Louise Mathena.
