RecommendedI seriously had the best experience today. It was my first time in the shop and I split second decided to stop in and grab some medicine for my elderly dog. I had my two toddlers with me and the gentleman working stoped us and gave my kids a fireman hat, popcorn and a kids cart to help me shop. My kids went home and told their dad about the "super cool pet store" and showed him the hats they got. The products are quality! I recently adopted a cat from the humane society and firehouse hooked us up with some amazing products at no charge! I'm crazy about this store and their kind staff! Always something fun to see when stopping in! And ... Popcorn! Thanks!!!

My dogs and I used to be loyal customers of Firehouse Pet Shop that changed after an experience we had. I have spent hundreds of dollars at Firehouse Pet Shop my dogs love their toys and have become familiar with a few of the Employees. I had also thought of the owners as people who cared about the well-being of the pets who shopped at their store. That opinion also changed. Rude owner. Non sympathetic. Told a customer she wouldn't suggest the bone that made a dog sick to anyone yet she sells them in her store.
I was recommended by a good friend to go to Firehouse for my pet's needs and I am glad I did. The level of customer service this place has is inredidible. I used their self wash service for my dog and they have EVERYTHING you will need to give a proper bath. it was affordable and a very fun experience. The staff was friendly and very knowledgable about all the questions I had. this place won my business and will be taking my bulldog to them from now on.
