RecommendedWe went in with our pup right after adopting her at the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society. The workers were all incredibly helpful and nice. So glad we made the choice to stop by here instead of a big brand store. If we're ever in the area we will make sure to stop here.
Came in today to get a fleece shirt for our sphynx kitten. When I couldn't find them, I asked an employee about them. The young lady informed me they had been moved to storage. She then went above and beyond and dug around in storage to find a couple for our naked babe. Thank you guys for all you do!!

the staff was very friendly and helpful, myself and my 2 kiddos came in to use the dog wash station for the first time. they were very helpful, they provide the brushes, shampoo/conditioner, towels and a dryer for your pet. highly recommend!

We had the best service today. We needed two harnesses for our dogs. Deborah helped us find the best option for our dogs. She also spent extra time with us on tips and training our puppy. She definitely went above for us. Thank you so much!

This place makes me so happy. It was my first time going into the store and I felt so welcomed! The staff there are amazing. I found a plethora of awesome things for my dogs as well as for myself/husband. I will for sure be coming here at least once a week from Quincy. Hands down the best store I’ve ever been too. It beats going to hobby lobby and Disneyland.

Kira was so happy to hear that the self wash spa was open. Without thumbs she needed a little help from me actually washing up, but she says it still counts. We’ve only just moved to Wenatchee but we’ve already found our new favorite pet store. The staff was absolutely fantastic!
