So impressed with nail trimming by Jacqueline today at Firehouse! Customer service is always outstanding, but this was our first experience using their grooming services. My pitbull mix, Jackson, is an absolute BABY when it comes to nail trimming and will perform every kind of gymnastics to get out of it! Take your babies in on their birthdays and get an extra special treat. The self dog wash is awesome, get in, wash up, and get out... they do the cleaning. They’re always friendly and have amazing staff that treat the fur-babies just as beautifully as their owners. They have all the best brands of food and treats and even the extra things you don’t need... but always want. I’m forever grateful that they love my girl as much as I do! They never disappoint!
Love this small business! Every time we walk in the door we are greeted by every staff member we run into (dog in toe or not). All the items they carry are great quality and prices are competitive. Yesterday we walked in and the owner was on the floor getting some loves from one of their furry customers and I love seeing that. Everyone was so kind and overly helpful. It’s a very welcoming place and I would much rather bring my business to a place like this than a corporate company. Keep up the excellent work!
Amazing customer service to me and my CRAZY puppy! She pottied inside, knocked over lots of merchandise AND they still let us return a collar that didn’t fit well! Oh and not to mention a free nail trim! 10/10 recommend and will be back.
I felt like everyone was so kind, informative, and genuinely interested in my dogs happiness. I left the store and felt like I just left a friends house.
Took our new baby in for a nail trim and was treated like royalty. Ms. Molly received lots of attention and received a few treats too. Definatley going back. We have found our new favorite pet shop!

This place is amazing! Everything you possibly need for your fur babies! And the customer service was above and beyond! It was a little stressful going in there with our 2 toddlers and they really helped relieve that stress, kids were happy we were happy and our little puppy is thrilled about all of his new stuff. We will continue to shop here and get our puppy groomed there! 😊
