RecommendedOur Akita Kyla (Kyla is large 110 pound) had a bad experience as a pup with nail clipping. She get highly nervous & aggressive now. She's been banned from other groomers in town. Allen, owner of Firehouse, scheduled her with his most experienced groomer who he has come over from Seattle monthly just for pets like Kyla. We are so thankful for a business so committed to customer service.
I absolutely recommended firehouse pet shop. we recently rescued our frenchton puppy "Capone",the staff and owners were helpful in more then one area if our needs. From what would be the best fit for a harness, to puppy treats, teething solutions, ways to help with his anxiety and also his diet. knoweldgeable and friendly is the first two things I always mention when telling people about this cute spot. Always great service! As well as helpful & knowledgeable information about types of food and what is best for my pet! Love that you can drop in for a nail trim too and don’t have to make an appointment.
The staff and selection are top notch. The store ambiance is inviting and the people working are genuine. highly recommend!
Great helpful staff, and quality products
Firehouse has only the best, highest quality products for pets. Additionally, I never worry about whether or not someone will be there to answer my questions. All of the staff is well-trained and knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help. And that goes doubly for the owners. They are in their business, setting the example for the team on a regular basis. I love Firehouse and so do our kitties!
I love everything about Firehouse! The best thing is being able to take my guide dog in for his mani-pedi without having to make an appointment. The groomers are amazing and Diggity loves them to pieces!
This store has by far, the best consistently awesome customer service in the valley. I highly recommend!
