Amazing customer service and excellent store!!
RecommendedI loved taking my golden here for her bath and trim. I took her somewhere else before coming here and I will keep bringing her here. Laura was great with my pup.
Their Caturday service for feline claw clips and kitty caps, as well as full grooming, is appreciated.
We stopped in with our new adopted rescue who is incredibly shy and nervous. We were greeted by Allan who took the time to work with us to encourage our dog to meet new folks, and help socialize him. Allan really took the time to get to know us and our new dog and help us on this new adventure we’re all on! We spent probably an hour in there, learning and being shown all around. Every time I go in here, I get EXACTLY what I need for my pups. And when I have questions regarding nutritional information, they always know how to help me. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I now highly dislike going to other pet shops! 😂

I’ve really enjoyed Firehouse Pet Shop. The parking stinks buts it’s totally worth going around the block a time or two.... or three � The owners have a true passion for animals, and when they don’t know the answer... they go the extra mile to get the answer. The service is great! The prices are fair, and downstairs is extremely clean!! If you don’t want to pay a groomer but want to use all the foo foo and brushes, Firehouse Pet Shop is the place to go
