Firefly serves up a menu of fusion food featuring hearty, old-school ingredients. Try the Green Garlic and Potato Soup with Creme Fraiche or Roasted Duck Breast with Green Lentils. But the entire menu comes highly recommended and the service is quick and efficient.

Firefly Restaurant is definitely something to buzz about... I have eaten at the Firefly restaurant many times and enjoyed the intimate surroundings, delicious unique foods and ambiance. The seafood dumplings are scrumptious and their specials are always something fun to try.
Firefly Restaurant is fantastic I tried Firefly for the first time this weekend and was thoroughly impressed with the meal from beginning to end. The latkes were crispy and delicious and the fried chicken was addictive. We tried the chocolate custard cake with poached prunes and brandy ice cream for dessert. I was a little nervous about the combination, but it was excellent. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. It's a little pricey but well worth it.
Great Restaurant in Noe Valley Firefly is one of the best places to dine in the city. Located on the edge of Noe Valley, it's a the perfect quiet spot to bring a date or an intimate guest. They have a fantastic wine selection, and have great customer service! I had the fried chicken (I know, doesn't sound very upscale) and was very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant also has great ambiance, and there is a cool ice cream parlor just up the street for desert!
Fantastic neighborhood restaurant I used to live two blocks from Firefly and used to treat it like an extention of my dinning room. Partially because the food is so fantastic and partially because the staff is so wonderful they make you feel at home. They serve terrific upscale variations of things you might cook at home. We love Firefly Restaurant! It is one of our favorite GF go-tos because the food is amazing and you’d never know it was GF! They make my daughter with celiac feel like a normal person being able to order what she wants off the menu! The tosterones are one of our favorites as is the fried chicken(mid-west dad loves it!! Celebrating L’Shana Tovah with a greeting of apple and honey and a wonderful menu. Our server was a young woman with a happy cheerful personality and great knowledge of the meals. Lots of vegetarian options and of course brisket was on the menu. Large wine list including glass and 1/2 bottle choices. A neighborhood jewel.
