I initially loved taking my son here. He received a cleaning & had 2 crown caps put on and all three visits were great and so was staff. Skip to now. My son was given gummies by someone unknowingly to me & the crown cap was pulled out on one of his molar. We called right when they opened and was told he needed to be seen bc the tooth could break but they wouldn’t see him for WEEKS and told us to find another dentist & that was the end of it. From the initial phone call, I felt like this was the place we needed to go! The individual who answered the phone not only answered my MILLION questions as a first timer with a 2 year old, but she made me feel good about everything. Once we arrived things aren't "normal" due to Covid, but they sure did their best to make things as "normal" as possible. Dr. Sarah & Ms. Jamie were wonderful. They were so great with my two boys. 7 and 4. They made them so comfortable and welcome, my boys had an amazing experience and left all smiles. Office is so clean also. Definitely bring your children here.

just got done taking my 2.5 yr old for her very first dentist visit. She was a little shy due to everyone in mask, but thanks to the awesome friendly staff she lightened up very quick! She cried only for 10 seconds and let them do everything they needed, and the staff was patient and knew how to talk to her to make her more comfortable. I wont be dreading taking her to the dentist again. The staff here is amazing!!!
Absolutely amazing experience for both my 4 year old and 9 year old! They were very caring and informative from as soon as we walked in the door until we were scheduling for our next visit! I am so glad we found Firefly ❤
