We needed an emergency dentist and after calling several, firefly was kind and understanding. My anxious 4 year old was eased with the idea of watching tv. Dr. Sarah was patient and caring with my son and Brenda had the treatment plan ready and fully explained the insurance.
I was very pleased with my visit. Dr. Sarah was attentive to my needs and helped me feel comfortable. Autism makes dental appointments challenging but the staff and doctor made me able to stay for the whole cleaning. I am pleased to suggest them to kids in Perrysburg and say they are great! - Grace
