My order was of 3 people. We spent 33$ for a 30 min wait and when the food arrived none of us liked it. We asked for a refund and he threw away the receipt and told me I was a liar. I’m sorry but you didn’t refund me money so my party of 3 could go eat food that we knew we’d enjoy. Not everyone has the same tastes as you and not everyone is going to like the food you make.
Service was very fast and got exsacly what we ordered! The food was perfect , would definitely go back and recomend them to all my freinds! Bam
The Philly cheese steaks and the funnel cakes were amazing and the customer service was excellent I will be stopping there every time I come to Chattanooga

Traveled in the area, saw Firebox Grill, looked good "very busy". Ordered burgers, and fries dine in. "Surprisingly not a very long wait" I'll have say it was one of the best tasting burgers I've ever had! Looking forward to my next visit!! Thanks Firebox employees! A+
First time to eat at The Firebox Grill. I got he cheese burger and spicy fries. They were both good. I would go back and get the same again, I might also try their specialty.
