Not one to usually write a review, but I felt like the manager Jen went over and above. We placed an order through DoorDash. The wrong order was delivered. I called to inform Firebirds, and they could have easily pawned it off on DoorDash and had me figure it out through them. Instead they remade our order and had someone deliver it along with $30 for the inconvenience. Will definitely continue to order from Firebirds because of such great customer service.
