We go to Firebirds quite often. It is ALWAYS very good. We are never disappointed.
This is definitely one for the books! not only for adults, also for kids. one of my kid's favorite restaurants. they keep coming back for that mac & cheese and chicken fingers with honey mustard sauce. the servings are just enough for them. aside from their surf & turf, me and my husband keep coming back for their new York strip. the service is also great at this place!
Jean was my favorite server!!!! She helped me figure out what to order and answered questions because I’m vegetarian. She rocked!! Food was so good too!!
While the food and service have both usually been wonderful for years, my food has been badly misprepared 4 of the last 6 times I've eaten there. For a $30+ steak, that's a no-no. While they have always thrown the steak back on the grill, waiting for 10+ minutes for a server to check on the table and start/finish that process with no food while the rest of the table eats has become rather annoying. Can i get TEN stars??? The Blue Cheese Filet LITERALLY MELTED IN MY MOUTH!!! O M G!!!! You MUST EAT HERE....Service was fast, courteous....WAY above average. I simply cannot say enough good things....The Bloody Mary was pretty YUMMY too!!! ;)
