Just went here last night for the first time. We were to the funnybone after and wanted to eat somewhere else as the food at funnybone is terrible. At Firebirds I got the surf and turf which is a 7oz. Fillet minion wrapped in bacon (medium rare) and a 1/2pound lobster tail and I elected to get fresh veggies with it. Thanks so much Firebirds for great customer service & allergy-friendly place. The manager even stopped over to explain that they always have a special grill with no nuts or shellfish contamination. Very appreciative of the extra touches to ensure a safe,anxiety free and wonderful meal for our family!!
$80 LUNCH MADE US SICK WITHIN 30 MINUTES. Both my husband and I got sick after eating at Firebirds on August 13, 2017. Contacted Firebirds 2x and they don't care--IGNORED. Soooooo, disappointed. Never again.
I just got home after spending 5 hours on the patio. Ryan, our server did an amazing job. I EMPHASIZED many times that a portion of my order is GLUTEN FREE due to Celiac Disease. Ryan stated there is a "button" he can push within the system they order in that will signify Gluten Free. I order off of the gluten free menu and what do I find?! Oreos in the container with food that is "gluten free". ��� Oreos ARE NOT GLUTEN FREE!!! How can I be certain the other foods are safe?
