Customer service and staff ill trained. Called on 9/20/20 at 3 pm to see if a reservation had been made for 6 people. It had not so I attempted to make one, was told 6:30 was earliest. Contacted party that was interested in going here, and told them to go ahead, we wouldnt go and hopefully 4 persons instead of 6 could be seated. Fast foward to 4:05 pm, the same 4 people make a reservation online for 6 people for 430. How does this work? Not all people have internet , nor want it.
