I don't know how the place can improve, just opened a box from them and found at least 80% of trash. Broken beads, holes out of place, dull colors. I bought because I needed beads like an emergency and from my usual places -covid19- is impossible to get for now... and surprise, mostly stuff I would be embarrassed to DONATE. Disappointed? Totally. Never More this place!!!

Further, I love, love, love seeing the models in the catalogs, because they are usually employees who often have made the jewelry they are displaying.
