Fantastic customer care. I recieved a miss-picked item in my order. Called to see what I needed to do to get then proper items- and they overnighted my exchange and mailed me a return label for the error items. I refuse to order materials for my business from any other supplier. The quality materials and customer service are impeccable.

My company purchased gold-finished chains, earring-hooks and other products from here but I'm afraid gold-finished is poor quality as those products stain within a few weeks.
