I didn't like how I was handled here in Americus it started out good on the 2013 explorer with 108,000 miles which was priced at $15300. I was told at my bank the value was only $13000 and some change but when I was given the bill of sale to get approved by my bank the guy marked it up to $20,000 that I had to finance. The reason I was told was because the truck I was trading was only worth $10,000 and he was giving me a break but he added it to the new vehicle which is total b.s. Great experience, easiest car buying experience ever, the manager Scott agreed to stay late due to having a 3 hour drive to get there, which was well worth it. Quality product and excellent service, will definitely buy from Finnicum again.
