I like FINLEYS, but they ran out of some things and we waited an hour for our food.
The ribs and brisket are amazing. Love all the choices of BBQ sauces
We went on a Sunday afternoon for my husband's birthday. The food took forever to come out, but the waitress alerted us to the problem before we even realized it, and the manager discounted our meals (on top of the free birthday meal) and gave us free dessert! We were so pleased that they handled a minor problem in such a generous way. We will definitely return in the future.
I I had the baby back ribs, they were great. My friend had steak and shrimp with a slight pink on the steak and it came out well done to the point of almost leather. Manager came out and made it right. Cooked another steak and took 15% off the steak bill.
If not busy they are great and all works. When busy like last night we waited 15 mins for drink order appetizers came after salad and 3 of the 6 had cold food. I ordered horseradish sauce with original order and thee reminders. Went when not busy and got excellent service. Food was hot.
Would of given no stars, prime rib looked grey and tasted like left over, salad had the core in it , and the waitress , let's say never again she wrote thank you on our bill but treated my friends like crap
It wasn't busy and only 1 party ahead of us. The manager was just standing at the desk making small talk with us and the other lady of the other party while his hostess was setting up tables for them? Not sure why he wasn't helping her set it up or going ahead seating us (party of 2). We waited 10 mins to be seated while the manager stood and did nothing. My food was mediocre and not very fresh. We loved it, food was amazing and I even got to use a coupon and my husband got a free birthday meal.everything we ordered was amazing...We will be back
Our waitress was Autumn. Well where to begin not personable at all very room, thinking she needs new profession. Food was horrible. Salads have nothing on them 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumber. We had to ask for everything butter, steak sauce, more ranch, more sour cream, forgot my salad. Just overall bad experience for a person who went for her birthday. Waitress acted as if it was a sin to ask her for something. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL PASS THE WORD ON HOW HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAD AT THIS RESTAURANT!!!
